Elena Patra is a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian with a MSc degree in Nutrition and Health and professional experience in sensory and consumer research around multiple food and beverages categories.
She is a PhD candidate and Research Assistant at the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics of the International Hellenic University, involved in the design and development of novel nutrition information systems and consumer behaviour research. She has participated in EU-funded programs in the field, such as COSI and PROTEIN, conducting pilot research with participants across different user profile groups.
