Margarita Vinou is a Biochemist and Food Technology scientist. She has been working at the Department of Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics since its establishment, mainly as a researcher and tutor at the Biochemistry Lab. 
She has participated in several research projects and has many scientific publications on Biochemistry and Food Science. Her research interests include Biochemistry, food analysis and analytical methods.
