{"id":443,"date":"2021-04-20T16:37:26","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T16:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutr.ihu.gr\/nislab\/?page_id=443"},"modified":"2021-05-07T13:22:05","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T13:22:05","slug":"bigo-image-annotation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nutr.ihu.gr\/nislab\/services\/bigo-image-annotation\/","title":{"rendered":"BigO Image Annotation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>BigO Image Annotation tool<\/strong>, developed by NISLAB, is a self-hosted Web application that was purpose-built for the <a href=\"https:\/\/nutr.ihu.gr\/nislab\/about\/bigo\/\">BigO Project (EU H2020) . <\/a>It allows for local file analysis via a text-based image list and comes with file anonymization (and de-anonymization) scripts and a pre-loaded image annotation ontology. The application&#8217;s user interface is designed to minimize errors and streamline the image annotation process, with features such as keyboard navigation, quick actions (auto-filling common annotation properties) and task save\/load.
